Jumps performs 100% inspection
on all products incorporating the most rigorous quality
control as per industry norms, not only to meet but to even
exceed OE specifications. Special computerized testing
equipment, air gauges & analyzers are used to check every
product for reliability, performance and durability.
Jumps has also installed live engines
at its premises for the purpose of accelerated destruction to
determine the expected life of its products and the root cause
of failures. The products are tested on this equipment on an
ongoing basis and the results are regularly analyzed in an
effort to overcome noted failures and extend the life of the
product.
