operations is expanding at a vivid pace.
The manufacturing techniques employed by Jumps are extremely
flexible with in-built provision for effortless capacity
expansion. The main plant at Gurgaon has recently undergone
expansion that has effectively doubled the constructed
manufacturing area and the production capacity at this
facility. Product specific assembly lines have been installed
to further promote self certifying techniques, poka-yoke and
better process controls.
The upcoming plant in Manesar shall also help to
augment capacity and strengthen the backward integration of
the manufacturing process.
